Midwest Wellness & Wound Care was created to bring expert medical treatment directly to patients who need it most. We know that traveling to a clinic can be difficult for people with chronic wounds or limited mobility. That is why our licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and skilled clinicians come to you. We serve patients at home, in assisted living, skilled nursing facilities, and long term care settings.

Every visit begins with a full assessment of the wound, medical history, and the patient’s living environment. We create a clear care plan that guides healing and prevents new wounds. Our clinicians explain each step in plain language and involve families and caregivers in the process. We also coordinate closely with physicians and facility staff to keep care seamless.

Dr. Kinya Kamau, MD
Doctor of Medicine
Dr. Kinya Kamau brings more than 20 years of medical experience to Midwest Wellness and Wound Care. She has dedicated her career to helping patients improve their health with care that is both compassionate and evidence based.
Dr. Kamau understands the challenges faced by patients who live with chronic wounds or health conditions that affect healing. Her mission is to guide each patient with skill, understanding, and the latest medical knowledge. She believes healing requires more than treatment alone. It requires clear communication, trust, and a personal approach.
